    BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

    Lngredients

    • 1 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries
    • 1 scoop Super Youth Tropical Punch
    • 1 medium banana fresh or frozen
    • ¼ cup raw coconut meat chopped (optional)
    • 1 cup coconut milk
    • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
    • 1 ¼ cups fresh pineapple juice
    • ½ a pineapple cubed

    Garnish: ground flax/granola
    Directions

    1. Blend raspberries, Super Youth Tropical Punch, banana,coconut meat and coconut milk until smooth. Pour thesmoothie into two glasses
    2. Wash blender. Add mango chunks and 1 cup pineapple juice.Blend mixture until smooth. Pour the mango smoothie overthe the raspberry smoothie
    3. lf desired, sprinkle with flax and granola, enjoy!

    WHIPPED LEMONADE

    Lngredients

    • 3 cups ice
    • ½cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
    • ½1 scoop Super Youth Tropical Punch
    • (optional garnish) whipped cream thawed

    Directions

    1. Blend the ice, lemon juice, Super Youth Tropical Punchand sweetened condensed milk until smooth in a blender.
    2. Pour into 2 12-ounce glasses or 4 6-ounce glasses,top with whipped cream and enjoy!

    TROPICAL COCO WATER

    • ½ cup of coconut water
    • 1 scoop Super Youth Tropical Punc
    • Juice from 1 limeo
    • ½ cup of sparkling water

    Directions

    1. Mix Super Youth Tropical Punch with coconut water
    2. Squeeze lime, to taste
    3. Add lce and top with sparkling water

    Lngredients

    • 1½ cup coconut milk, light
    • 5 scoops Super Youth Tropical Punch, mixed in 1 cup water
    • Fresh kiwi slices

    Directions

    1. Mix 5 scoops of Super Youth Tropical Punch with 1 cupof water, add the coconut milk and mix thoroughly.
    2. Place kiwi slices into the popsicle molds andpour in mixture. Insert popsicle sticks.Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

    • 2 quarts water
    • 4 white tea bags
    • 1 scoop Super Youth Tropical Punch
    • 1 cup blueberries
    • 2 lemons
    • Mint (optional)

    Directions

    1. Bring water to a boil. Turn off heat and let the white tea bagssteep in the pot for 5 minutes.
    2. Pour steeped tea, Super Youth Tropical Punch, juice of2 lemons, and blueberries into the pitcher.
    3. Cool completely. Serve with ice, lemon slice, and mint.
